We understand that insurance claims can be overwhelming. This can make it difficult to utilize the benefits offered by your insurance provider. At True North Optical we are registered with most major insurance providers and we can bill most plans directly if the policy allows for direct billing.
If your insurance company does not allow for electronic submission, then we will provide you with all the necessary receipts required.

Adjustments & Repairs
Adjustments and repairs are one of our specialties at True North Optical. We offer frame alignment, screw repairs, lens insertion, and nose pad replacements. Give us a call and inquire with one of our opticians to find out if we can help you with your adjustment/repair needs!
A unique service we offer at True North Optical is special ordering
If you are interested in specific frames that we do not carry in store, feel free to send an email to truenorthoptical@gmail.com with the frame model number, size, colour, along with a picture of the frames. Our team can look into the availability, as well as the pricing of the frames, and get back to you within 3-5 business days of your request.
Please note that special ordered items are exempt from our 50% off in store promotion as well as our corporate offers. However, most special orders can still be discounted up to 30% off the retail price. Furthermore, there are no returns and/or refunds on special orders.
