Daily Contacts
Daily Disposable contact lenses are known for their convenience— wear them for a day and then throw them away. Optometrists often recommend daily lenses as they are the healthiest for your eyes, and require the least maintenance. They are also ideal for wearers that aren't planning on wearing contact lenses every single day.

Daily brands we carry include Acuvue Moist, Total 1 Dailies, Aqua Comfort Plus, Bio True 1 day, and many more!

Bi-weekly/Monthly Contacts
Bi weekly disposable contacts, are worn daily for 2 weeks, and then replaced. Monthly disposable contacts are worn daily for a month, and then replaced. They are designed to be stored in a contact lens case with cleaning solution and must be cleaned on a daily basis in order to prevent bacteria buildup. Bi-weeklies and monthlies offer a good value alternative to daily disposables, and are great for people who wear their lenses regularly.

Bi weekly & Monthly brands we carry include Acuvue Oasys, Air Optix Aqua, Bausch + Lomb Ultra, Proclear, Bioinfinty, and many more!

How to put on your contact lenses in four easy steps

wash hands.png

Before you start

Wash your hands with soap (preferably non-perfumed, anti-bacterial liquid soap), then rinse and dry your hands with a lint-free towel. It’s a good idea to always put on your contact lenses in the same order, e.g. with your right eye first. This way you won’t get your lenses mixed up.

Check the lens isn't inside out

To do this, put the lens on the tip of your finger and hold it up to the light. If the edge of the lens points upward (resembling a hard-shell taco), the lens is correctly oriented. If the edge bends outward (toward your thumb and finger), the lens is inside out.

step 3 hold eye open.png

Hold your eye open

With your free hand, gently hold your upper eyelid so you don’t blink. With the lens on your finger tip, use the other fingers of your applying hand to pull down your lower eyelid.

step 4 inserting the lens.png

Inserting The Lens

Keep your hand steady and look upwards as you place the lens on your eye, then slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a moment to allow the lens to settle. Repeat for your other eye.
